We’re hiring poker dealers at our second location, ReBarta Plus, in Kumoji, Naha.
Become a poker dealer from scratch. Paid training included.

What you’ll do
As a poker dealer, you’ll run games and look after guests.
- Run poker games
- Deal cards and follow house rules
- Guide and serve guests
- Light prep and cleanup in the store
- Other day-to-day store operations
Training
About 100 hours of on-the-job training.
You start by learning the rules — sitting in as a player with guests, picking up rules and manners while you play.
You’re paid during training (no game fees).
Requirements
- No experience needed
- Must be 18+ (shifts include work after 22:00)
- You’ll start by enjoying poker with guests — beginners are welcome

- Pay
- From ¥200,000 / month (plus late-night allowance and store-performance commission)
- Average pay
- Avg. monthly pay among 4 staff members: ¥480,000
- Hours
- 17:00–02:00 (8 hours + 60 min break)
- Probation
- 6 months (¥200,000 / month during probation)
- Days off
- 2 days off per week / shifts set every 15 days (submit for early & late half of the month)

About the store
REBARTA PLUS opened in Kumoji, Naha in March 2026 — an entertainment space with poker, darts, and karaoke.
